Pineapple Notebook A5

Notebook, A5, with a hard cover made of imitation leather based on pineapple. The material is made from 30% recycled pineapple parts. This notebook has approx. 80 sheets/160 pages of white, ruled FSC Mix certified paper (80 g/m²) and features an elastic closure, a bound spine, a pen holder and a bookmark. The vegan imitation leather is almost indistinguishable from genuine leather. However, the material is made from pineapple leaves, a by-product of pineapple cultivation. For this reason, no additional substances such as water, fertilizer or pesticides are needed for production. The fibers in the pineapple leaves are washed, enriched with PU and dried in an oven. The result? Flexible sheets of vegan imitation leather, which are then given a beautiful finish. After drying, a soft and attractive material with the properties of leather is created. It consists partly of fruit residue and partly of PU.
